Villa Esperanza

Villa Esperanza is a new construction family development consisting of 57 units. Our community will include One, Two, and Three-bedroom apartment homes. Select apartment homes will be allocated for individuals and families experiencing homelessness who are at 30% Area Median Income and below. Other apartment homes will be geared toward homeless veterans. The remaining apartment homes will be set aside for families earning below 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income. Our residents will also enjoy a 5,416 square foot leasing & amenity space with a large multi-purpose room along with group and individual conference rooms. The outdoor amenities for the community will include an outdoor fitness area, a community garden, and a dog park.
